We don’t sell leads.
We book qualified appointments.

Exclusive to you. Never resold, never shared, not during the term and not after. Every appointment has to clear seven criteria written into the agreement — anything that fails one is replaced, free.

The problem

The lead you just paid for is on four other phones.

Angi, Modernize, Thumbtack — the model is the same everywhere. One homeowner fills one form, and the platform sells that form to every contractor in the ZIP code. You’re not competing on the work. You’re competing on who dials first.

Then the homeowner doesn’t pick up, nobody leaves a message, and by the time you call back on Tuesday somebody else has already been in the basement.

What we do instead

Shared lead marketplace

One form → five contractors

Sold simultaneously. Price competition starts before anyone has seen the equipment. You pay whether or not you ever reach them.

Beyond Vision Labs

One appointment → one contractor

A specific date and time, confirmed by the homeowner by SMS or email, in your calendar. Yours alone — contractually, permanently.

What you’re actually buying

Four things you can verify on the call — before you sign anything.

01

We start with your problem

First we work out where growth actually stalls: why the phone goes quiet in the shoulder season, how a backlog quietly turns away the jobs you want, which crews are running under capacity. Then we build around what you need solved — not around a template.

02

AI-native delivery

Creative produced and swapped in hours, not weeks. Automated qualification before a slot is ever offered. Sub-5-minute callback, seven days a week. We’ll show it running on screen.

03

Exclusive, never resold

Not shared with another contractor, not recycled into a second campaign, not sold on after you leave. It’s a clause, not a promise — ask us to read it to you.

04

A guarantee with a definition

Seven written criteria decide what counts. If we haven’t delivered the full count by the end of the period, we keep working at no additional fee until we have.

Creative

Built for the trade. Swapped in hours when it stops working.

Meta is where a homeowner with a fifteen-year-old system is sitting on the sofa at nine in the evening. We run the creative, the qualification and the callback — on your ad account, which stays yours.

Homeowner in a hot living room, staring at an old thermostat

Your AC is going to quit on the hottest week of the year. That is not a curse — it is just when 15-year-old systems die.

And that week, every phone in every HVAC office in your area is ringing off the hook. You are calling from a 92° living room, ready to say yes to almost anything.

Here is the part that bugs me: most companies are fine with that. An emergency customer does not ask questions. That is the business model.

We would rather you never be that caller. At [Your Company], you can get a written, flat quote on a replacement BEFORE your system gives out — no obligation, no salesman camping in your kitchen. If your AC is past 10 years old, you will simply know your number, sized for your actual house, from techs on our payroll — not subcontractors.

We cannot stop an old system from dying. But we can make sure it never catches you blind.

We have all seen the “$4,500 new AC” ads. Here is what they do not tell you: that number rarely survives the house visit.

Not how we do it at [Your Company]. One written quote, our own techs, a system sized right and built to last. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive — honest, fair, in the middle.

The worst part of replacing your AC is not the price. It is the stress. The three-line quote you cannot decode. The “small extras” that appear once the old unit is already on the truck. The feeling that the final number is whatever they think you will accept.

Truth is, most contractors do not have a pricing process. They improvise — and improvisation always costs you.

At [Your Company] we do it in writing, once, before any work starts: one flat quote, the equipment named, the size justified for your home. The number we write is the number you pay. Materials ordered before we touch anything, one crew, our own employees.

Jobs can still throw surprises — a rusted plenum, a fried breaker. When it happens, you know the same day, from us, with options. What never changes is the quote.

Three formats, one offer: a still image, a short face-to-camera video and a job-done video. These are creatives we produced in-house on a demo brand, shown here as examples of the format. Your real creative is written for your service area and your equipment, and it gets replaced as soon as it stops working.

How it works

You buy a number of
appointments. Not months.

Not a retainer. Not “marketing”. A defined count of qualified appointments, booked into your calendar, exclusive to you.

Step 01

We build the campaign

Dedicated landing page on its own domain, creative written for your service area and equipment lines, campaign structure on your own Meta ad account.

Step 02

We qualify before you ever see it

Automated qualification runs against the seven criteria. Renters, out-of-area enquiries, warranty callbacks and tyre-kickers never reach your calendar.

Step 03

We book and confirm

Callback fires in under five minutes, seven days a week. A specific slot goes into your calendar and the homeowner confirms it by SMS or email. Reminders at D-1 and H-1.

Step 04

You run the appointment

You sit with the homeowner and you sell the job.

The definition

What counts as a qualified appointment.

This is the most important clause in the agreement, and it’s the question we’d ask any agency before signing: what exactly are you counting? Here all seven have to be true at the moment of booking. Anything that fails one is not counted and is replaced free of charge.

  1. He owns and occupies the property— or is authorised to commission the work. Not a tenant, not a passer-by.
  2. He is inside your service area— the one defined with you at kickoff and written into the agreement, not a loose radius.
  3. He’s asking about paid work you actually sell— warranty callbacks and maintenance-plan service do not count.
  4. He’s considering the work within a defined window— and he’s been told your typical price range without ruling himself out on cost.
  5. There is a specific date and time in your calendar— confirmed by the homeowner by SMS or email. Interest with no slot is not an appointment.
  6. The phone number is valid and he has responded— he answered or replied at least once. Not a number scraped off a form.
  7. It is exclusive to you— never sold, shared or reused. During the term, and after it.
The outcome

What you get

A contractor’s year is decided by how many of the right homeowners sit across the table from him. That is the whole point of the arrangement — and everything below follows from it.

A revenue line you can plan around

A contracted number of booked estimates every month, in a calendar you can staff against. Next quarter stops being a guess and starts being a schedule you build the business on.

Crews that stay full

Volume matched to the capacity you actually have, so trucks running half-booked today run full weeks instead. The fixed costs you are already paying start producing.

Bigger tickets, same hours

We go after replacement and installation work, not $89 service calls and warranty callbacks. The same working day carries far more revenue, without hiring a single extra head.

Your time back — a lot of it

No lead chasing, no ad platform, no follow-up sequences, no wondering who called back. It runs without you. You walk into a house where the homeowner is expecting you and ready to talk.

A machine that compounds

Every month of data sharpens the targeting, the creative and the qualification. The cost of an appointment goes down while the volume holds — so the same spend buys more each quarter.

Everything in your name

The ad account, the pixel, the landing pages, the audiences, the CRM data. You are building an asset on your own balance sheet, not renting one from an agency.

Included

What the fee covers

  • A dedicated landing pageOn its own domain, built for one service — not a link to your homepage.
  • Automated qualificationAgainst the seven criteria, before anything reaches your calendar.
  • Campaign build and managementMeta as the primary channel, structured and run on your own ad account.
  • Sub-5-minute callback, 7 days a weekEvery form submission, including Sunday evening.
  • Creative productionWritten and produced for your market, replaced as soon as performance decays.
  • CRM and live dashboardEvery appointment, its status and its history — permanent access, and a full export if you leave.
  • A 20-minute weekly callNumbers, not narrative.
  • One contractor per service areaYour market is yours for as long as you are with us.
Scope

Three levels, matched to your capacity.

The volume is set against the crews you can actually keep busy — audited before signature, never after.

Launch

One or two crews

For an established contractor who wants a controlled, provable start before committing volume. Shortest period, lowest media floor.

Growth — the default

Two to four crews

Where most contractors in this bracket land. Enough volume to read the numbers properly, still inside what a real schedule can absorb.

Scale

Four crews and up

For operations with the crews, the schedule and the appetite to take serious volume and keep converting it.

Appointment counts, period and pricing are set on the call against your own numbers — average job size, close rate on sits, crews, backlog. We’d rather quote you honestly once than publish a grid that doesn’t fit your business.

Your side

What we need from you

The guarantee only holds if these hold. They’re in the agreement, in writing, and we read them out loud before you sign.

  • RespondContact a booked homeowner within 24 hours, six days a week.
  • Approve creative within three business daysAfter that it’s deemed approved and the clock keeps running.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks

How quickly does this start producing?

The build takes days, not weeks: landing page, tracking, creative and campaign structure go live fast, because we produce the assets ourselves instead of queueing them with a freelancer. From there the campaign ramps to its contracted pace and appointments start dropping into your calendar. Month one is contracted at a lower pace on purpose — it’s the month the data teaches the system what a good homeowner looks like in your market.

How do I know an appointment is real before I drive out?

Every one clears the seven criteria before it is ever booked, and none of that happens by hand: qualification runs automatically, the homeowner picks a real slot in your calendar, and confirms it himself by SMS or email. Reminders go out the day before and an hour before. You see the whole history in the CRM — what he asked for, what he was told, when he confirmed.

How fast do homeowners get contacted?

Under five minutes, seven days a week, including Sunday evening — which is exactly when a homeowner sitting in front of a dead system starts looking. That single number is the difference between a booked estimate and a competitor’s truck in the driveway, and it’s the part of the system we’re proudest of. We’ll show it firing live on the call.

Do I keep my ad account, my data and my pages?

All of it, from day one and permanently. The ad account, the pixel and its history, the audiences, the landing pages, the CRM records — everything is in your name. A full export is yours whenever you ask for it. You’re building an asset that stays on your side of the table.

What if a busy stretch means I can’t take the volume?

You pause. In blocks, on short notice — the deadline moves out day for day and the number of appointments you’re owed doesn’t change. Nothing is lost while your crews catch up, and we pick the pace back up when you’re ready. It’s your calendar; the system bends to it.

How much of my week does this take?

A 20-minute call once a week, and creative approvals inside three business days. That’s the whole ask. You don’t log into an ad platform, you don’t write copy, you don’t chase anybody. The point of the arrangement is that the marketing stops being one of the jobs you do at nine at night.

Positioning

An AI-run agency.
Nothing outsourced.

We own the process from A to Z — the creative, the qualification, the callback, the CRM, the reporting. There is no offshore team you’ve never met sitting between you and your own campaign, and no part of your account we can’t see.

01 — Ownership

One team, end to end

Most agencies at this size are a front desk with contractors behind it. Creative goes to one freelancer, media buying to another, the CRM to a third, and nobody has the whole picture — least of all you. We run every step ourselves, which is the only reason we can commit to a delivery number in writing.

02 — AI-native

Built this way, not retrofitted

AI isn’t a line on our website, it’s why the economics work. Creative variants produced and swapped in hours rather than weeks. Qualification that runs at three in the morning. A callback that fires in under five minutes on a Sunday. We’ll screen-share it — demonstrated, never described.

03 — Network

We didn’t learn this from a course

We work closely with operators running established, multi-million-dollar agencies in this exact market — their playbooks, their benchmarks, their scrutiny on our numbers. It’s why a young agency can walk in with a defined offer instead of a discovery call and a hopeful guess.

04 — Tailor-made

Built around your business, not a template

No two contractors sell the same way. Before a single ad runs we map your service lines, your margins, your close rate, the jobs you want more of and the ones you’d rather turn down. Targeting, creative, qualification questions and booking rules are then built for that — and rebuilt as your goals move. What you get is a system shaped around where you’re taking the business, not a playbook we ran for somebody else.

Where we stand

A US company, run to European standards of quality.

Beyond Vision Labs LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Our team works across North America and Europe, aligned on US business hours — which is also why a form submitted at nine in the evening still gets a callback in under five minutes.

The commitments
  • Your ad account stays yoursAccount, pixel, pages, history. We never hold your media budget.
  • Your data is exportableFull CRM export on request, including on exit.
  • One contractor per service areaWe won’t sell your competitor the same market.
  • Nothing binding until it’s signedThe service agreement is the offer. Not a slide deck.
Book a call

Thirty minutes. Ten questions. A straight answer.

We start by asking about your business, not by pitching. By the end of the call you’ll know exactly what this would look like in your market, on your numbers.

  • No deck, no 90-minute webinarWe’ll show you the system running on screen.
  • You talk to the people who run the workNot a sales desk that hands you off afterwards.
  • You keep your numbersNothing you tell us leaves the call.
