You give your consent to receive text messages by ticking the consent box on one of our forms, or by providing your mobile number and expressly agreeing to be contacted by text. Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
05 Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. Companies that operate our infrastructure on our behalf — our customer relationship management platform, our email and text message providers, our advertising platforms and our hosting providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us, and never for their own purposes. The exception is Meta, which receives data from the Meta Pixel on our website and processes it under its own terms (see section 09).
- Legal obligations. Where we are required to disclose information by law, by a court order, or to a competent authority, and where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- Business transfer. If our business is merged, acquired or reorganised, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. This policy would continue to apply to it.
Where our service providers are located outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards for that transfer.
06 How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, and afterwards only as long as we are required to by law — for example to meet accounting and tax obligations, or to defend a legal claim. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
07 Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encryption in transit, access controls and limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information
- Ask us to restrict or object to how we use it
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave, at any time

To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law. We will not treat you differently for exercising a right.
09 Cookies and Meta Pixel
Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a piece of code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you visit a page that carries it, your browser sends Meta technical information such as the page you viewed, your IP address, your browser and device type, and actions such as starting the video on our homepage. The Meta Pixel sets first-party cookies, such as _fbp, and Meta may also read its own cookies if you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram. We use this information to measure how our advertising performs and to improve who sees our ads. We do not send your name, email address or phone number to Meta through the Meta Pixel.
Meta processes this information under its own terms and its privacy policy. You can change how Meta uses it for advertising in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
Our pages may also use cookies that are strictly necessary to make them work. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; our pages keep working if you do.
